1. Scope of Services & Hybrid Marketplace Model
BargainAirTicket operates as a hybrid travel marketplace, independent Online Travel Agency (OTA), and specialized travel concierge. We offer multiple pathways for consumers to research, book, and manage travel:
Online Proprietary Widget: Our website features our own proprietary search widget, allowing users to view real-time flight data, compare pricing, and complete travel bookings directly online.
24/7 Live Support & Quotes: Users can connect directly with our live representatives via phone or chat 24/7 to receive manual quotes and book travel products (including flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages).
Affiliate Network Routing: In some instances, we operate as an affiliate marketplace. We may display third-party search tools (such as Kayak) or redirect your online inquiries and phone calls to external partner travel agencies. We may earn a commission or referral fee for these transfers.
2. Independent Agency & Industry Disclaimers
Independent Status: BargainAirTicket is a fully independent travel agency. We are not an airline, hotel chain, cruise line, or direct hospitality provider. We do not own, manage, or operate any aircraft, lodging facilities, or transportation services.
Ticketing Fulfillment via Consolidators: While we handle your booking end-to-end and provide 24/7 customer support, BargainAirTicket itself is not directly ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation) or IATA (International Air Transport Association) accredited. We utilize accredited, third-party airfare consolidators to legally issue airline tickets. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this operational structure.
3. Travel Concierge & Client Representation Services
We offer specialized travel concierge services for busy clients who explicitly authorize us to act on their behalf.
Scope of Representation: When requested, you appoint us as your independent agent to interact with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other travel suppliers. This includes standing in virtual or physical queues, negotiating bookings, requesting changes, processing cancellations, and pursuing eligible refunds.
Fees for Service: We charge professional service fees for our concierge and management fulfillment. These fees are separate from the actual cost of the travel products and are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome provided by the travel supplier (e.g., if an airline denies a refund request).
Supplier Final Authority: While we act vigorously on your behalf, the final decision regarding refunds, credits, flight changes, or waivers rests solely with the primary travel supplier (airline, hotel, etc.).
4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Price Volatility: All real-time quotes, flight data, and rates displayed online or quoted by representatives are subject to change and availability until payment is fully processed and a ticket/voucher is officially issued by our consolidators or suppliers.
Supplier Rules and Restrictions: All bookings completed through our platform or concierge desk are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions, Contract of Carriage, and cancellation policies of the end supplier (airline, hotel, etc.). It is your responsibility to review these terms.
Cancellations and Changes: Any modifications to a confirmed booking are subject to supplier penalties, fare differences, and BargainAirTicket’s internal administrative/concierge processing fees.
5. Third-Party Links and Affiliates
For traffic routed through our affiliate partnerships (such as Kayak or third-party call networks):
Transactions completed on external websites are governed entirely by their respective terms.
We have no access to your payment information, booking confirmations, or personal data handled by external affiliate partners, and we hold no liability for issues arising from those third-party bookings.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BargainAirTicket, its officers, employees, and consolidator partners shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, acts of God (Force Majeure), or direct service failures by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
Inaccuracies in real-time data provided by third-party global distribution systems (GDS) or consolidators.
Our services, widget data, and concierge assistance are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our platform and services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete legal names (matching government-issued identification/passports) and payment details.
Review and verify all travel itineraries, dates, and times immediately upon receipt of confirmation.
Maintain valid travel documentation (visas, passports, health entry requirements) for your destination.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to this webpage. Your continued use of our website or phone/chat services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
